We are NICEIC approved contractors and domestic installers so are able to issue NICEIC approved EICR's. We are also registered under the new PRS (private rental sector) scheme which means we are pre-approved to issue EICRs for the rental sector, giving landlords and agents the ultimate peace of mind that they are using competent and qualified contractors.
We have a deep understanding the lettings market and have systems in place to track and monitor the progression of works from the quoting stage through to invoicing and certification.
